By accessing, browsing, or using this Site,   you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these   terms. If you do not agree to these terms then please do not use this Site. FTGate Technology reserves the right to amend these Website Terms and Conditions at any time.

General
‘FTGate Technology’ is a trading name of Freekstorm Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 02919324) with registered office at Rivendell, Church Close, Kings Lynn PE34 3EP.

English law
FTGate Technology controls and operates this Site from   its offices within the United Kingdom. Claims relating to, including the use of,   this Site and the materials and computer software contained herein are governed   by the laws of England and Wales. If you do not agree, please do not use this   Site. If you choose to access this Site from another location, you do so on your   own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

English law shall apply to these terms, notwithstanding the jurisdiction   where you are based. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have   exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or   in connection with these Terms and for those purposes irrevocably submit all   disputes to the jurisdiction of the English courts. The place of performance   shall be England.

Copyright
The information contained in this Site including all   images, illustrations, designs, photographs, videoclips, writings and other   materials that appear on the Site are protected by copyright, database right,   trade mark laws and other intellectual property owned, controlled, or licensed   (all of which, collectively, are herein referred to as the “Contents”) by FTGate   Technology.

Permission is granted to display, copy, distribute,   download, and print in hard copy portions of this Site for the purposes of:

(1) placing an order with FTGate Technology or

(2) using this   Site as a shopping resource, provided you do not modify the Site and that you   retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the Contents.

(3) For the purpose of distributing FTGate software, providing you are   an authorised reseller of FTGate and you have signed a distribution agreement   with FTGate Technology

Except in connection with placing an order or   downloading the FTGate software or other products available on the site, none of   the Contents may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded,   displayed, posted electronically or mechanically, transmitted, recorded, in any   manner mirrored, photocopied, reverse-engineered or reproduced without the prior   written permission of FTGate Technology. Permitted exceptions to the above are   for normal distribution purposes of the FTGate and other software, or for normal   back up or archival purposes.

Please note that the permission granted   above is also subject to our Terms on the Site and terminates automatically if   you breach any of these conditions or our Terms. Any other use of the Contents   on this Site including reproduction for purposes other than as noted above, and   including any reproduction, modification, distribution, reverse-engineering,   save as allowed by law, or republication may violate copyright or trademark   laws, and, without the prior written permission of FTGate Technology, is   strictly prohibited.

Microsoft,  Windows, Outlook and Exchange are registered trademarks or unregistered trademarks of Microsoft corporation. Other   brands and their products are trademarks of their respective holders and should   be noted as such.

About our prices:

The prices advertised on this Site are for Internet orders when you order from us directly. The prices used on this Site are our suggested selling   prices and may not be indicative of the actual selling prices in your area from authorised resellers of our products.

Limiting sales:
We reserve the right to limit sales and reject orders, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. We are not responsible for typographical or photographic errors.

User Comments, Feedback and other Information and submissions provided by you:
You agree that any material, information, and ideas that you transmit to this Site or otherwise provide to FTGate Technology (“Transmissions”) shall be and remain FTGate Technology’s property. You waive all your moral rights in Transmissions.

Barring from the Site:
FTGate Technology reserves the right to bar users from the Site  on a permanent or temporary basis at its discretion. Any such user shall be   notified and must not then attempt to use the Site under any other name or   through any other user.

Terms of User Revisions:
FTGate Technology Limited may revise these terms of use by updating this posting. By using this   Site you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then current terms of use to which you are bound.

Severance:
You agree that in the event any portion of   these Site terms of use are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these   Site terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

Notices should be sent to our address at the start of these terms.

No assignment:
Users may not assign their rights under these Terms.

Other Terms:
Where you take a license of our products all such  use is subject to the terms and conditions of our Licence Agreement. You are   also referred to our Privacy Policy and Copyright and Trade Mark Notice. Those   using our User Group are subject to the conditions for use of that Group. If   there is a conflict between these terms and the Licence, the Licence prevails.

The terms on this Site are the entire agreement between us.

Data Protection:
If you contact us via the site we will receive hold and store your   personal data strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. That   data will only be used by us, not a third party, and will be used to reply to   your request.
