FTGate Upgrade FAQ
FTGate 7 provides an efficient upgrade process from your existing version of FTGate. Installation instructions and video demonstrations are available to make the upgrade process as smooth as possible. It is recommended that all customers read the FTGate Installation Instructions before upgrading. If you have any questions please contact our support team by emailing support@ftgate.com
Please note that you must not install this version into the existing folders for current FTGate. It is a new version not an update. Installing it into the existing folders will result in a non-working system.
