How to Request Telephone Support

We regret that we do not publish our telephone number because of the conflicting time zones between countries, and because we operate a teleworking system for our staff. Our specialist support team qualified to deal with your particular problem may be off site at the time you need to speak to them. It is therefore more efficient if we call you back.

Phone Support services are chargeable in 15 minute blocks at £22 + VAT within the UK and £45 GB Pounds for all other countries.

If you need emergency telephone support, please email with your FTGate licence key and details of your problem. We will then telephone you back as soon as possible. This service is only available during UK office hours 9 am-5 pm GMT Monday to Friday.

We can only provide telephone support for the latest version of FTGate, and your Upgrade protection and support plan must also be up to date. Please also note that the vast majority of support problems we receive are answered in the online help so we recommend that you check this first. Remember that it is easier to use email support at and please include a log file detailing your problem.
