The SolSight Web Mail client is more than just WebMail. It uses the latest web design techniques to bring you a complete mail client, and groupware system on a web page.

SolSight Web is included as standard in FTGate Professional Edition and in a restricted non-groupware version for FTGate ISP Edition users.

Friendly user interface

The SolSight Web user interface has been designed to offer users an intuitive and simple to use environment that will allow them to rapidly achieve their goals.

Email Client

A fully functional and simple to use email client offering all the features you would expect.

The layout of SolSight Web's mail client closely matches that of a desktop application such as Outlook, Outlook Express or Thunderbird so your users will feel instantly at home.

The collapsible preview pane makes reading emails much faster and messages can be replied to without the need to open them.

Users private folders and shared folders are all available and simple to manage. Users can also share their folders with other users.

Compose emails

Compose emails in a simple editor that allows a full and rich markup of the messages. Add attachment, set priority and add addresses directly from your address books.

Messages are sent in html with global multi language support.

Calendaring

SolSight Web has full access to shared calendars. Users can create and share calendars and view the calendars in day, week and month views.

The ability to create multiple calendars and share them between users with different access rights allows for additional uses such as sharing and managing meeting rooms, presentation devices and any other resource that has limited access.

Shared address books

Shared address books allow all users to share their contacts with other users. In addition to the standard contact management features users of SolSight Web can also access and update the contact tacking information which allows automatic tracking of email both to and from a contact, and the tracking of telephone conversations, notes and other relevant information.

This allows SolSight Web to become a central part of your customer resource management system.

Shared task lists

SolSight Web allows all your users to share tasks lists. This allows for project tasks as well as individual tasks.

Auto notifications

Both Task and Calendar events may have auto notifications configured. This can cause an instant message (SolSight Chat required) or an email to be sent to act as a reminder for the task.

Shared notes

Shared notes allow users to compile information and share it between users.
