If you decide to become an authorised reseller with us, you would receive a substantial discount on our web prices, priority email support and a listing on our reseller page on our web site with your company logo and a link to your web site . We also encourage you to bundle FTGate products with value-added services (particularly support) and other products and you should charge what you feel the market will bear in your area. Most of our resellers make significant profits by using this technique.

We put reseller satisfaction first!

We are a friendly company which prefers to build a close and loyal relationship with our authorised resellers. Resellers enjoy prompt email response times (time zones permitting!) and a close relationship with the development team. Usually if resellers ask for a feature, we try our best to put it in the next version if at all possible. Our philosophy is different from most software houses. We believe in maintaining a much closer relationship with our team of resellers, large and small.

What are the requirements?

Our only requirements from you are:

• You must be very familiar with the latest versions of FTGate.
• You must have a high level of technical excellence and be able to supply technical support to your end-users.
• You must be an organisation with a working web site (on which you can promote FTGate).
• You should also be able to sell a minimum of 1 or 2 copies of FTGate per month. This is only a guideline (it is not mandatory) and depends on the individual circumstances of the reseller. However listing of your company details on our web site reseller pages is dependent on regular sales.
