FTGate4 includes a powerful mailbox rule handling system which allows custom response messages based on a variety of critera. The messages may have files attached offering the following benefits:
- Document distribution: By creating a document archive, customers can use email to request copies of specific documents. This can be used to supply product documentation, updates, release notes, quotes, applications, data files, etc.
