Shared Folders

FTGate4 offers a powerful folder sharing system through IMAP that offers many benefits, including:

• Shared Histories:. Messages can be placed in a folder for reference to other users, thus all the messages sent from a team can be viewed by all other members.
  Benefits: Technical support teams can use shared histories to review past requests from a customer. QA managers can review messages to ensure they meet company guidelines. Sales teams can review previous customer history.
   
• Group inbox: Messages can be placed in a group inbox allowing any group member to see the group messages
  Benefits: Notification and list mail can be shared by multiple users reducing storage and allowing faster communication.
