Shared Calendars
Shared calendars allow all people to plan ahead and offers many benefits including:
- Business events: Shared calendars allow a simple mechanism to allow individuals or group members to share important events in the business calendar.
Benefits: Maintain information about pending events and ensure that all members of staff have a synchronised view.
- Resource booking:. Using the calendars for resource booking allows staff to check the availability of resources such as meeting rooms, projectors and test equipment, and to make bookings for those resources. All bookings are tagged with the user information for the person making the booking.
