Out of all the sofware we own, it is the most trouble free. It is truly "set and forget" software. In fact, the only times that we have had any difficulty is when we have switched (1) internet service providers, (2) domain hosts or (3) local servers. And on each such occaision, the difficulty was not due to any issues with FTGate, but rather the fact that when you haven't looked at a program in many months or longer, you are sometimes rusty in making configuration changes. I am a lawyer, not a consultant or engineer. I have no technical training. But I am able to install, maintain and upgrade FTGate without trouble. And on those rare occaisions when I have been unsure what to do, the combination of FTGate's support department and the FTGate Forum community have made quick work of remedying the problem. I wholeheartedly recommend FTGate to any small business owner who wants more control, security and flexibility for his/her organization's email than is permitted by letting a web host provide the email boxes. |

After working with it for most of the day I've got one thing to say: ITS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! For £160 I am well impressed. Every time I go into it I find another little feature which makes me even more convinced that I made the right purchase. For £160 ive saved on the outlay of an Ms-Exchange server, saved on the outlay of purchasing anti spam software (Norton Internet security) for 20 users, and even more importantly, saved £10,000 on our software developers writing an email archiving system for our stock control software. You've made me a very happy IT Administrator ! |
